  • Walk-ons - There will be NO WALK-ONS for the tournament. All players must be pre-registered and paid before the March 15th deadline.
  • Dress Code - Dart players are required to wear a dart shirt or a respectable dress type shirt with collar and sleeves. Dress slacks or skirts must be worn (There will be NO Dockers, cargo pants, denim jeans, sweats, stirrups, spandex type pants, skorts or headgear allowed for play.) Footwear must be worn, must be a full shoe and 100% BLACK . Dress shoes, runners, boots, etc. will be allowed if clean and respectable. Any questions or concerns with the dress code must be made with the Tournament Director prior to start of play.

The winner of the toss will start the odd legs in the odd numbered sets and the loser of the toss will start the odd legs in the even numbered sets. (When bulling, no dart is to be removed from the board unless a double bull is scored and the second thrower asks to have it removed.) Whenever a tie happens (e.g., both darts are single bulls), a re-throw is done, in the reverse order of the previous bulling.
  • Qualifying - To qualify for any playoffs, a player must have completed the two day round robin and finished in one of the pre-determined qualifying positions.

  • Smoking/Drinking - There is NO smoking or drinking at the oche during play.

Dress Code: With the growth of the tournament and the increased television and media exposure, the dress code must be adhered to. Medical notes will NOT be accepted and failure to comply with the dress code because of medical reasons will have their tournament entry fee only refunded (less a $25 administration fee).

This dress code is fair and all dart players know what is meant by dress slacks, collared and sleeved shirt and BLACK (100%) footwear. Please do not attempt to push the rules as you will just be refused entry and forfeit your entry fee !!! There will be a person checking dress code each day (except the blind draw event on Thursday night).

Banquet/B-B-Q Tickets: The banquet and barbecue tickets will be provided to each entrant upon their in-person registration with their player packages. These tickets MUST be presented at the door of each function to be allowed to enter and participate. Your barbecue ticket WILL be required at the venue on Sunday, so don’t leave them behind in your hotel room !!!

Shuttle Service: Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel will be provided upon your arrival, PROVIDED that you inform us of your arrival in advance. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue on scheduled trips (schedule will be provided in your player package upon registration and will be posted). With the volume of participants increasing each year, shuttles will NOT be available on the Monday morning. Players will be responsible for their own transportation arrangements to the airport. Please remember that the drivers of the shuttles are volunteers for this great event and are taking time off work to help you make your trip more enjoyable, so please feel free to leave them with a gratuity if they give you good service. Without these volunteers, you would be finding your own transportation to the hotel.
