(IMPORTANT)
- Special Notes to Read
Dress
Code: With the growth of the tournament and the increased
television and media exposure, the dress code must be adhered
to. Medical notes will NOT be accepted and failure to comply
with the dress code because of medical reasons will have their
tournament entry fee only refunded (less a $25 administration
fee).
This
dress code is fair and all dart players know what is meant by
dress slacks, collared and sleeved shirt and BLACK
(100%) footwear. Please do not attempt to push the rules as
you will just be refused entry and forfeit your entry fee !!!
There will be a person checking dress code each day (except the
blind draw event on Thursday night).
Banquet/B-B-Q
Tickets: The banquet and barbecue tickets will be provided
to each entrant upon their in-person registration with their player
packages. These tickets MUST be presented at the door of
each function to be allowed to enter and participate. If you lose
your ticket, duplicates will NOT be provided and you will
have to purchase a new ticket to attend. Your barbecue ticket
WILL be required at the venue on Sunday,
so don’t leave them behind in your hotel room !!!
Shuttle
Service: Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel
will be provided upon your arrival, PROVIDED that you inform us
of your arrival in advance. Transportation will be provided to
and from the venue on scheduled trips (schedule will be provided
in your player package upon registration and will be posted).
With the volume of participants increasing each year, shuttles
will NOT be available on the Monday morning. Players will be responsible
for their own transportation arrangements to the airport. Please
remember that the drivers of the shuttles are volunteers for this
great event and are taking time off work to help you make your
trip more enjoyable, so please feel free to leave them with a
gratuity if they give you good service. Without these volunteers,
you would be finding your own transportation to the hotel.
